10/23/11

On Sunday, October 23, at 12:57 AM, Station 32 was dispatched to a report of a structure fire at the Charlie Brown's Restaurant on Walbert Ave. On arrival, fire was showing in the rear of the building. 3221's crew forced the door and knocked down a large volume of the fire with a handline. The fire extended to the second floor and into the roofline. Truck companies opened up the roof and the remainder of the fire was put out. Call was released at 6:46 AM. On Sunday, October 9th, Tanker 3221 was called to the 4th Alarm fire in Whitehall Township. 3221 assisted with water supply. Photos by Kyle Schlier.

On Thursday, October 6th, at 9:16 PM, Station 32 was called to assist Station 3 at a fire behind the Kmart on Tilghman Street. Compressed cardboard bales were burning behind the store. Woodlawn firefighters assisted Cetronia with fire suppression and overhaul. Crews were released at 11:22 PM. Photos By Kyle Schlier.

10/5/11

On Wednesday, October 5th, at 11:48 PM, Station 32 was dispatched to a car fire in the area of Columbia Street. 3221 searched the area and discovered a car on fire inside a carport next to a house. The fire was extinguished and the house was searched for extension. Crews performed overhaul and ventilation and were released at 1:30 AM. Helmet Cam photos by Joseph Cincilla.

On Wednesday, September 28th, at 8:06 PM, Stations 32 and 11 were dispatched to Bulldog Road for a Water Rescue. Several cars were stranded in the high water. 3221 and 3291 assisted Station 11 during the operation. Two persons were rescued from the van in the middle of the water.  Photos by Kyle Schlier.

On Monday, September 26th, at 10:22 PM, Stations 32 and 11 were dispatched to a dumpster fire at ALPO. Woodlawn Firefighters assisted Station 11 with fire suppression. Photos by Kyle Schlier.

On Wednesday, September 21st, at 2:20 AM, Tanker 3221 responded to a Vehicle Fire on Russel Street. On arrival, 3221 discovered a fully involved van. The fire was extinguished and the call was released at 3:30 AM. Helmet Cam photos by Joseph Cincilla.

8/29/11

On Monday, August 29th, at 2:56 PM, Cascade 3292 was dispatched on the 2nd alarm assignment to a house fire in the City of Allentown. Due to an excessive amount of hoarding by the residents, the fire was extremely difficult to knock down. Eventually an excavator was brought in to knock down the front of the house and haul out the burning debris. 3292 filled 91 Cylinders and was released at 11:31 PM. Photos by Jeremy Smith.

On Sunday, August 28th, Hurricane Irene struck the Lehigh Valley Area. Station 32 responded to 16 Calls on this date.

8/21/11

On Sunday, August 21st, starting at 5:11 PM, Station 32 along with the other South Whitehall stations responded to numerous incidents in the township due to a passing severe thunderstorm. Station 32 responded to 11 calls in a 4.5 hour period. Most calls were to check out sparking wires and downed trees. Two dwelling fires and an elevator rescue also were responded to during this time frame. Photos by Jeremy Smith.

On Sunday, August 21st, at 3:15 AM, Station 32 was dispatched to a Car Fire on Route 22. Engine 3212 responded and extinguished the fire. Call was released at 3:58 AM. Photo by Joseph Cincilla.

On Sunday, August 14th, at 5:17 PM, Station 32 was dispatched to a "Tree into a house" call. Crews checked the integrity of the roof and were unable to see the extent of the interior damage due to building construction. Homeowner was advised to call a tree removal company. On Sunday, August 14th, at 12:38 PM, Station 32 was dispatched to an MVA with injuries on Route 22 Westbound. 3212 and 3291 arrived on scene and performed traffic control and stood by for towing, Call was released at 1:10 PM. Photos By Jeremy Smith.

On Tuesday, August 2nd, at 7:08 AM, Tanker 3221 was dispatched to Nicos Polymer Group in Northampton County for a Tanker assist. Tanker 3221 was in service for 17 hours, delivering 75,000 gallons of water. 3221 was released at 12:25 AM on Wednesday morning. Photos by Rusty Held.

On Thursday, July 14th, at 3:47 AM, Station 32 was dispatched to a Structure fire. On arrival, 3212 found an unattached shed fully involved. A 1 3/4 line was pulled and the fire knocked down. 6/25/11

On Saturday, June 25th, at 6:41 AM Cascade 3292 responded to a 2nd Alarm dwelling fire in Fountain Hill. 3292's crew filled 45 cylinders and assisted Station 34 with interior fire suppression. The Cascade was released at 10:40 AM. Photos by Will Schlier.

On Monday, June 20th, at 6:41 AM, Engine 3212 and Spill 3291 responded to a 2 car MVA w/rescue at the intersection of Route 22 and 15th Street. Crews assisted EMS with patient care and extrication. A spill was also contained. Call was released at 7:22 AM. Photos by Kyle Schlier.

2/13/11

On Sunday, February 13th, at 1:13 PM, SWT Stations 3,11, and 32 were dispatched to a fire in an attached garage. 3212 arrived, supplied 311, and pulled a handline into the main house to check for extension. 3221 arrived, and it's crew helped with ventilation.
